What it covers: the construction of the hat — seams and stitching, the structure of the crown and visor, the sweatband, the snap or strap, and the hardware.

What it doesn't: normal wear and the character it brings, a hat that is lost, or damage caused by the wearer.

If something fails: get in touch with a photo of the problem and the name on your order, and we will send a replacement at no cost.
